Yesterday, before the opening bell, a sleepy little telecom outfit called Atlantic Tele-Network(ATNI Quote) announced it was going to acquire wireless assets from Verizon Wireless -- a venture between Verizon(VZ Quote) and Vodafone(VOD Quote)-- for $200 million.
