CHICAGO (AP) — Real-estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. said Tuesday it will offer 5.5 million shares in an underwritten public offering.
Underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to 825,000 additional shares of common stock to cover overallotments.
Jones Lang LaSalle intends to use net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding debt under its unsecured revolving credit facility and general corporate purposes. ...
