Update: MP3.com Soars After Settlement With Sony

Online music seller MP3.com (MPPP Quote) settled a copyright infringement lawsuit brought by Sony's (SNE Quote) Sony Music Entertainment, giving the company deals with four of the five major record labels.
Shares in the company soared on the news, finishing up 1 19/32, or 21%, at 9 11/32. But the company's stock price is well off its 52-week high of 64 5/8. ...
