Genco shares were recently falling 2% to $18.28. The stock, which closed Tuesday at $18.66, may be attracting short interest, according to SchaeffersResearch.com. The stock has a 52-week high of $84.51 and a 52-week low of $6.43.
Investors watching for the effects of China's stimulus program may take heart in a report from Bloomberg that Chinese importing of copper rose 10% in March from the previous month.
