  • Safeway(SWY Quote) rose 6.1% to $18.29.
  • SuperValu(SVU Quote) rose 4.7% to $14.49.
  • Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co.(GAP Quote) shot up 20% to $3.66.
  • Costco(COST Quote) rose 4.4% to $40.14.
  • BJ's Wholesale(BJ Quote) fell 2.9% to $29.18.
  • Wal-Mart(WMT Quote) rose 2.4% to $48.67.
    • Winn Dixie(WINN Quote) rose 9% to $8.74.
