Today's Outrage: Amazon's Honesty (Update)

This market just wants to punish every company.

How else can you explain the 13% drop in Amazon(AMZN Quote) shares Thursday after the company said it expects fourth-quarter revenue of between $6 billion and $7 billion. (You can read TheStreet.com's coverage of the news here: Amazon Plunges and Amazon's Outlook).

Apparently that's not good enough, despite the fact that the U.S. economy is teetering on a recession. Wall Street wanted to see $7.05 billion. ...
