Amazon Punches Up Profit

Amazon.com(AMZN Quote) doubled its fourth-quarter profit while lifting its full-year revenue projections above Wall Street estimates.
The online retailing giant said net income grew 112% to $207 million, or 48 cents a share, from $98 million, or 23 cents a share, a year earlier.
Revenue grew 42% to $5.67 billion from $3.99 billion. ...
