Exchange-traded funds tracking Asian markets were the best performers of Monday's winning session, as indices in India and Hong Kong set new records.
Overnight, Hong Kong's Hang Seng added 3.9%, India's Sensex Index jumped 3.8% and Japan's Nikkei rose 1.2%. Other indices in China, South Korea and Indonesia also finished higher.
The iPath MSCI India Index (INP Quote) was recently up $6.71, or 8.2%, to $89.05. The iShares MSCI Hong Kong Index (EWH Quote) was higher by 75 cents, or 3.2%, to $24.07. The PowerShares Golden Dragon Halter USX China (PGJ Quote) climbed $1.19, or 3.2%, to $38.33. ...
