Dell's Sales Get by Target

SAN FRANCISCO -- Dell (DELL Quote) grew its bottom line by 46% in the second quarter, giving the PC maker back-to-back beats over Wall Street estimates.

CEO Michael Dell said the results showed the company was making progress in its turnaround, although he said the company is still in the early stages of transforming its structure, cost and operations.
