Salesforce.com(CRM Quote) took an after-hours hit Monday after the disclosure that its chief accounting officer, William Dewes, is resigning. The resignation, which is effective July 18, is "for personal reasons and does not involve any controversy or disagreement with the company regarding the company's financial reporting or accounting policies, practices or principles," Salesforce said in a regulatory filing.
