Tuesday's Tech Winner's and Losers

Shares of Aruba Networks(ARUN Quote) were among technology's winners Wednesday, tacking on another 9% in value a day after the maker of wireless networking products went public. On Tuesday, the company debuted with a 29% gain after it priced 8 million shares at $11 apiece, which was above the company's projected range of $8 to $10 a share. The stock was recently trading up $1.31 to $15.46.
Shares of Micronetics (NOIZ Quote) jumped 10% after the maker of microwave and radio-frequency components received a significant order for some of its products.
Micronetics said it received the order from a "major" defense company. Micronetics will supply voltage-controlled oscillators for use in handheld mine detection systems. "We worked closely with our customer over the past several years to develop high performance, high volume VCOs for this type of rugged use, and expect more demand in the near future," the company said.
