EDS Names Finance Chief

EDS (EDS Quote) named Ron Vargo chief financial officer.

Vargo has served as EDS' corporate treasurer since 2004 and as interim co-CFO since March of 2006.

"After a careful evaluation of both internal and external candidates, we felt Ron was the best choice as our new chief financial officer," said Mike Jordan, EDS chairman and chief executive officer.
