There has definitely been deflation in terms of the costs of starting an Internet business. Depending on the type of business, it could cost as little as 1% of the prior costs for a similar launch. My old company, Reset, used to build these businesses for VC-funded startups that outsourced programming, development and marketing to us. There's no need for a business like Reset anymore.
