Microsoft Game-Hunting

LOS ANGELES -- Microsoft is bringing out the big guns to lure consumers to its Xbox 360 platform.

The catch? Consumers will have to wait until next year.

At a media event here in advance of the E3 video-game conference, the software giant announced that new versions of Grand Theft Auto and Halo -- two of the industry's biggest game franchises -- will be coming to the Xbox 360 in 2007.
