Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up on the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening:

Halliburton(HAL Quote): "This stock's gonna see 55 before it sees 65."

Penn National Gaming(PENN Quote): "Holy cow. This is a casino of pain. ... Every one of these [gaming] stocks is in free fall. Anybody who gets in, gets their head cut off. But I would rather own Penn National Gaming ahead of the others, and if it goes to 25, I'm doing a 'mon back.*" ...
