VeriSign Buying Moreover

Internet security services company VeriSign (VRSN Quote) agreed to buy online news aggregator Moreover Technologies, which provides real-time content to services such as Ask Jeeves and Microsoft's (MSFT Quote) MSN network.

Sources close to the deal say it is valued at around $30 million.
