No Quick Fix for Trade Gap
The declining dollar was supposed to make the trade deficit smaller. So why does it seem to be having the opposite effect?
In November, the deficit soared to a record $60.3 billion, up from $56 billion in October and well above the $54 billion estimate projected by economists.
