EMC and Sun Micro Get Upgraded to Buy by Bear Stearns
Bear Stearns just got less bearish on tech.
The shop's top-shelf tech analyst, Andrew Neff, upgraded data-storage concern EMC(EMC Quote) and server shop Sun Microsystems(SUNW Quote) to buy from attractive. Both stocks got a boost this morning: EMC rose 2.3% to $22.10, and Sun climbed 2.9% to $14.08 Neff's comments may carry a little more weight with the Street, because he made a prescient mid-December downgrade of EMC to attractive from buy over concerns about the slowing economy.- Loading Comments...
