SAP Down Despite Reaffirmed Outlook

Germany's SAP (SAP Quote - Cramer on SAP - Stock Picks) was down 3.6% in midmorning in the face of warnings from rivals in the e-commerce sector i2 (ITWO Quote - Cramer on ITWO - Stock Picks) and BroadVision (BVSN Quote - Cramer on BVSN - Stock Picks), and warnings from other business software companies.

SAP this morning said it was standing by its earlier guidance.

Shares of Ariba (ARBA Quote - Cramer on ARBA - Stock Picks) were off 7.3%, while Commerce One was down 6.3%. Oracle (ORCL Quote - Cramer on ORCL - Stock Picks) edged up 0.5%. SAP, Ariba, Commerce One and Oracle have not issued earnings warnings.
