NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES

Abbott (ABT - Get Report) was upgraded at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch to buy from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $52. Company can deliver strong revenue growth and margin expansion, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch said.

Align (ALGN) was downgraded at JMP Securities to market perform from outperform. 2015 will likely be a transition year for the company, JMP Securities said.

Broadcom (BRCM) was downgraded at JMP Securities to market perform from outperform. Valuation call, given uncertainty in the WiFi market, JMP Securities said.

Boston Scientific (BSX) was upgraded at BMO Capital to outperform from market perform. Twelve-month price target is $18. Estimates were also increased, as new products are driving operating leverage, BMO Capital said.

Cameron (CAM) was downgraded at RBC Capital to sector perform from outperform. Twelve-month price target is $50. Consensus estimates are too high, as the company is facing growth headwinds across all segments, RBC Capital said.

Chico's FAS (CHS) was upgraded at Janney to buy. Twelve-month price target is $19. White House Black Market brand is back on track and the company can expand margins in the coming quarters, Janney said.

Groupon (GRPN - Get Report) was upgraded at Ascendiant to buy from sell. Twelve-month price target is $10. Execution is improving and the company has a solid growth outlook, Ascendiant said.

Procter & Gamble (PG) was downgraded at Argus to hold from buy. New product will likely not drive growth in a promotional environment, Argus said.

PulteGroup (PHM) was downgraded at Wells Fargo to market perform. Valuation call, as the company trades at a steep premium to its peers, Wells Fargo said.

QLogic (QLGC) was upgraded at BMO Capital to outperform from market perform. Twelve-month price target is $15.50. Company is leveraged to the next server cycle, BMO Capital said.

Sunpower (SPWR) was upgraded at RBC Capital to outperform from sector perform. Twelve-month price target is $36. New fabs should allow the company to keep up with demand, RBC Capital said.

Solarwinds (SWI) was upgraded at Deutsche Bank to buy. Twelve-month price target is $60. Stock offers growth at an attractive price, Deutsche Bank said.

Tempur Sealy (TPX) was upgraded at Nomura to buy from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $67. Stock has pulled back 10%, but the company can exceed consensus expectations this year, Nomura said.

Textron (TXT) was upgraded at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch to buy. Valuation call, based on a 12-month price target of $50, Bank of America/Merrill said.

Visa (V) was downgraded at FBR Capital Markets to market perform from outperform. Twelve-month price target is $260. Valuation call, as the company is leveraged to the stronger dollar, FBR Capital Markets said.
