NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of ArcelorMittal (MT - Get Report) are down -6.18% to $14,27 in pre-market trade after the steel producer warned today that it will miss its target for full-year earnings as it bears the brunt of lower commodity prices, despite swinging to a second quarter net profit for the first time in nearly two years, the Wall Street Journal reports.
