Commenting on the announcement, Saxon noted, “Boyd Chumbley brings extensive experience and knowledge of our upholstery fabrics business to this position. During his tenure with the company, we have seen significant changes in our business model as we have evolved from a primarily capital-intensive, manufacturing company to a more agile and innovative, marketing-focused business. Boyd has played a pivotal role in this transformation of our upholstery fabrics business. With Boyd’s involvement, we have established a strong leadership position by remaining focused on what is important to our customers – creative designs, a wide range of innovative products and outstanding service.
