CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Park Sterling Corporation (Nasdaq:PSTB), the holding company for Park Sterling Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend to its common shareholders of $0.02 per common share, payable on August 20, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 6, 2014. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
