“First American Trust was seeking highly accomplished and results-driven wealth management professionals to enhance our investment management and trust services capabilities,” said Kelly Dudley, president of First American Trust. “Mark’s impressive experience both in retail and institutional markets make him the perfect match for the position. Keegan’s familiarity with San Diego, paired with his extensive asset management, financial planning and estate planning experience, made him the ideal choice to bolster our services in that region.”
As part of the wealth management team, Monaco will administer trust and investment management accounts for First American Trust clients and will support the expansion of other sales channels. “I am excited to bring my financial services experience to First American Trust’s clients,” Monaco said. “For more than 50 years, First American Trust has earned its solid reputation by providing clients with objective financial advice and solutions, and I look forward to joining this elite financial company.”
Monaco previously served as head of institutional sales, director of marketing, and vice president of sales and marketing for three companies that were subsequently acquired by Fortune 500 companies Charles Schwab, Nasdaq OMX and Archer Daniels Midland.
As wealth management advisor, Burke will advise high net-worth individuals and families to craft customized plans in the areas of investment management, wealth advisory and trust planning. Burke will collaborate with families to help preserve, protect and grow their wealth so they may focus on their priorities of family, business and philanthropy.
“I am proud to represent a wealth management firm with such a high caliber of financial services,” Burke said. “I look forward to developing relationships with the San Diego families and organizations in need of sound wealth management planning.”
