(NYSE:ELLI), a leading provider of innovative on-demand software solutions and services for the residential mortgage industry, today announced that Jonas Moe, vice president of Product Strategy, has been named as one of HousingWire’s Rising Stars.
HousingWire’s inaugural Rising Stars recognition program is among the industry’s first to recognize young mortgage and housing industry professionals under the age of 40 who have become leaders in their respective fields. The 2014 Rising Stars come from all areas of the housing economy: lenders, servicers, investors and real estate.
Moe was selected amongst hundreds of nominees for his critical role in product innovation that has helped make Ellie Mae’s Encompass

As co-founder of the Company’s community outreach program, EllieCares, Jonas leads Ellie Mae’s corporate philanthropy efforts, which include fundraising and recruiting volunteers to commit more than $1 million a year to community service.
“The future of the housing economy is the future of the entire U.S. economy. That’s the premise behind our Rising Stars program, and I’m honored we could recognize a select group of young leaders making a positive impact on the industry at large,” said Paul Jackson, CEO and publisher of HousingWire.
“Since joining Ellie Mae in 2000, Jonas has been key in driving the success of Encompass
and helping Ellie Mae develop its product strategy,” said Jonathan Corr, president and chief operating officer of Ellie Mae. “His work with the community and EllieCares is instrumental to fostering our corporate culture, as well.
