A recent KeyBank survey showed banking customers are sure of their financial goals, but aren't confident they know how to attain those goals. For example, 70 percent of those surveyed stated they prioritized having the financial resources to live the way they want, now and in the future, but only 18 percent were confident they could develop a financial plan to accomplish that goal.
"At Key, our mission is to help banking customers to bridge that confidence gap," Devine said. "The KeyBank Hassle-Free Account and other KeyBank services are designed to help banking customers feel confident in all their financial decisions, whether those are short-term such as making deposits, managing cash and credit, and paying bills, or longer-term, such as buying a home or planning for retirement."
