Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that it has priced $600 million of 3.500% senior notes due 2024. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes. The closing of the notes offering is expected to occur on May 30, 2014, subject to certain customary conditions. J.P.
