Terreno Realty Corporation
(NYSE:TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, announced today a full building lease of 69,500 square feet at its industrial property at 240 Littlefield Avenue in South San Francisco, California. The lease, with a leading national airline catering company, will expire September 2029.
The 3.3 acre property, which is immediately north of San Francisco International Airport and adjacent to Highway 101, was purchased in April 2013 and substantially renovated by removing approximately 15,500 square feet of building and adding 11 dock-high loading positions and trailer storage.
