Matador priced the 7.5 million share offering of common stock at $25 a share. The company expects total proceeds of the offering before expenses to be about $182 million. Matador said it intends to use the proceeds to fund some of its capital expenditures including the continued operation of a fourth rig in the Permian Basin through the end of 2014.
