Frank’s International N.V. (NYSE: FI) today announced the appointment of Michael C. Kearney as Lead Director of its Board of Supervisory Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Kearney has been a member of the Frank’s International Board of Supervisory Directors since 2013, and will continue to Chair its Audit Committee.

Mr. Kearney brings over 20 years of upstream energy experience to Frank’s International, mainly in the international oil services sector. Prior positions include Chief Financial Officer of Hydril Company and Tesco Corporation, as well as Chief Executive Officer of DeepFlex, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Supervisory Directors of Core Laboratories (NYSE:CLB) and chairs its Audit Committee.
