ATLANTA, May 9, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The UPS (NYSE: UPS) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares.
The dividend is payable June 4, 2014, to shareowners of record on May 19, 2014.
Earlier this year, the UPS Board increased the regular quarterly dividend by 8.1% to the current level of $0.67 per share. The dividend increase is in recognition of the company's solid cash flow performance and commitment to delivering shareowner value. Since 2000, UPS's dividend has more than tripled.
