Integrated Education Solutions (IES), an online learning services provider and a part of DeVry Education Group, is partnering with Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law to enhance online learning at the university.
IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law’s online master’s degree program in intellectual property management and markets will soon begin accepting applications for the fall 2014 semester. The addition of the online option will allow students to select from three program start dates throughout the year, and to choose to pursue the degree part-time. Also in development at the college is a new online-only certificate program for regulatory compliance in financial markets.
“Many of today’s law students are juggling careers and families while continuing their education,” said Harold J. Krent, IIT Chicago-Kent dean and professor of law. “The flexibility of online learning that IES will provide is a logical next step for IIT and Chicago-Kent College of Law students.”
“IES has a team of highly skilled educators and technologists who have experience in both online and traditional education and can collaborate effectively with our academic partners like IIT Chicago-Kent,” said Stephanie Woodson, IES executive director. “We’re committed to creating an exceptional online educational experience that gives students the skills they need for a changing workplace.”
IIT is a private, Ph.D.-granting research university with programs in engineering, science, architecture, business, law, design, human sciences and applied technology. For more information about the intellectual property management and markets program, contact Herb Munsterman, program director, at
