Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE: BZH) (
www.beazer.com), one of the nation’s top 10 homebuilders, announced today that Christopher Grumboski was named Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. Grumboski will be responsible for all aspects of the treasury function, including cash management, lender and land-banking relations and debt capital markets activities.

Prior to joining Beazer, Mr. Grumboski was Director, Debt Capital Markets for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. where he was responsible for the structuring, execution, pricing and distribution of public and private debt offerings. Before that, Mr. Grumboski held various corporate banking and capital markets positions at BNP Paribas and Banc One Capital Markets. Mr. Grumboski holds an MBA from DePaul University and a bachelor of science in finance from The University of Illinois at Chicago.
In conjunction with this announcement, Beazer’s former Treasurer, Ekaterina Schwallie, has been named Vice President, National Finance and Strategic Planning. She has assumed the responsibilities for finance, strategic planning and analysis for all three of the Company’s segments.
