The new credit facilities consist of a
secured term loan and
secured revolving line of credit. Loans under the new credit facilities bear interest at per annum floating rates that are adjusted quarterly based on the Company's leverage ratio. Based on the Company's leverage ratio at the closing, the Company's interest rate effective
