WILLIAMSPORT, Pa., April 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Richard A. Grafmyre, CFP®, President and CEO of Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:PWOD) was recently honored at the annual Central Pennsylvania State of Israel Bonds Dinner in Williamsport, PA where he received the Star of David Award from the organization.
