As a Managing Director, Jonathan Baker plays an integral role in advising healthcare clients on strategic and transformational matters. With more than 17 years of experience in healthcare management, clinical practice, academia and management consulting, Baker delivers engagements to a broad spectrum of healthcare clients, including providers, payers and technology solution companies. He consistently enables clients to gain new insights and develop renewed competitive success with his strong clinical operations and business background.
Michael D’Eramo, Managing Director, Chicago, IL – Academic Expert within PES Practice
As a Managing Director, Michael leads the academic practice within Navigant Healthcare’s Physician Enterprise Solutions (PES) practice, which provides objective, practical, results-oriented assistance to address the business challenges facing healthcare executives and their organizations. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and physician practice management, D’Eramo has worked with large hospital systems to implement management best practices, data planning and data automation. In his most recent role, Michael provided long-term management, interim management and consulting services to hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and large, independent physician practices.
