Based on Mallinckrodt’s closing stock price on April 4, 2014, Questcor shareholders would have received consideration valued at approximately $86.08 per share.
The investigation concerns whether Questcor’s board of directors failed to adequately shop the Company and obtain the best possible value for Questcor’s shareholders before entering into an agreement with Mallinckrodt.
