PARIS, April 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 26th March, CGG's Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Appointment-Remuneration Committee, decided that each CGG director shall from now on own 5,000 shares or ADSs in the Company, i.e. the equivalent of a director's annual fees. The Board of Directors' internal regulations will be changed accordingly.
The directors have a period of two years to purchase these shares.
