Under the agreement, Leju will add a "U.S. property" search box within the primary navigation bar on its website, while Zillow will create a co-branded website connecting both sites, through which Leju users can be directed to Zillow's home information search platform in

. In addition, Leju will have the right to place display advertising on the co-branded website.
