), announced that it has reached a new multi-year labor agreement with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAMAW), which represents the largest number of company employees in
. The new agreement was passed by an overwhelming majority of the vote and affects more than 400 employees across five facilities in

, MN, are represented by the IAMAW and ratified new agreements of their own in 2013.
