(NYSE: HVB), has announced that Michael J. Gilfeather will be leaving his position at the Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer effective April 3, 2014.
Mr. Gilfeather will join Orange County Trust Company based in Middletown, NY, as President and Chief Executive Officer.
