(the " Company") (Nasdaq:SFM) today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC (" Apollo"), and certain other stockholders of the Company (collectively, the " Selling Stockholders"). The underwriters of the offering will have the option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 shares of common stock from the Selling Stockholders. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the offering.
