(NYSE MKT:TXMD) (the "Company"), a women’s health care product company, announced today the pricing of a previously announced underwritten secondary public offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock, offered at a price of $7.10 per share. All shares are offered by the selling stockholders, including certain members of management of the Company and certain of their and the Company’s affiliates. The Company will not sell any shares or receive any proceeds from the offering. The offering is expected to close on or about March 26, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In addition, certain of the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,350,000 additional shares of common stock.
