Invesco Ltd. Elects Ben F. Johnson III To Serve As Board Chairman

ATLANTA, March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Ben F. Johnson III to serve as Chairman.  Mr. Johnson, 70, has been a member of the Board since 2009.  He will become Chairman upon the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for May 15.  Rex D. Adams, who has been a member of the Board since 2001 and Chairman since 2006, will retire from the Board effective with the conclusion of the AGM.
