“Helping our customers tackle their test challenges is a key priority at Teradyne," said Randy Kramer, manager, Teradyne's SOC Factory Applications Engineering Organization. "Participation in the Device Test Seminars has grown over 200% since 2009 when we had just 300 participants. Customers count on
and industry-leading test expertise to implement the best test solutions for their devices."
"Semiconductor devices are constantly evolving and test engineers need to be one-step ahead of technology trends to make sure products are developed correctly," said Yoshiaki Kodashiro, chief specialist, Toshiba Corporation Semiconductor & Storage Products Company. "The added challenges we face are to get products to market quickly with the lowest cost-of-test. The topics covered in Teradyne's seminar series are very valuable because they address the challenges and provide ideas for us to solve them."
