ATLANTA, March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Delta Air Lines Foundation has donated $50,000 to support the efforts of charitable and nonprofit organizations that offer educational and wellness programs and provide assistance to those in need throughout Michigan. The Foundation's giving benefits organizations in Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Marquette, Midland, Oak Park and Traverse City.
Recipient organizations include local chapters of the YMCA; Junior Achievement; as well as community food banks.
