The annual award recognizes channel professionals and their ability to defend, promote and execute effective channel partner programs and strategies. Cole has been awarded for his strong dedication, leadership and innovation in further enhancing ADTRAN’s involvement within the channel community.
Under Cole’s leadership in the past year, ADTRAN implemented several enhancements to its channel program based on partner interaction and feedback. These new growth incentives and rewards across all partner levels – Registered, ADvantage and ADvantage Plus – encouraged engagement, discounts and deal registration at each level. Additionally, new performance metrics, expanded sales coverage and support were added for top tier partners.
The introduction of ProCloud Wi-Fi Services, a cloud-hosted wireless service built on ADTRAN’s Bluesocket vWLAN solution, further expanded ADTRAN’s channel initiative.
