The Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.484375 per preferred share on Terreno Realty Corporation’s 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable preferred stock. The preferred dividend will be payable March 31, 2014 to preferred stockholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2014.
