The percentage of women who are top earners at winning companies has grown to 28 percent in 2014 from 25 percent.
The number of female corporate executives with profit and loss responsibility has increased from 19 percent to 22 percent
Women in the Top Companies who are responsible for at least one billion dollars in revenue per year has increased from 23 percent to 26 percent.
Sixty percent of the Top Companies now offer sponsorship programs compared with 42 percent in 2013.
