UNIONDALE, N.Y., Feb. 3, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared dividends on the Company's Series A and Series B cumulative redeemable preferred stock for the period of December 1, 2013 through February 28, 2014. The Company will pay cash dividends of $0.515625 and $0.484375 per share on the Series A and Series B, respectively. The dividends are payable on February 28, 2014 to preferred shareholders of record on February 15, 2014.
